Terms and Conditions.For the site and the dossier.

1. Who we are
counterfoil.in ("Counterfoil", "we") is operated by Shower Power Labs LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400051, India. Contact: hello@counterfoil.in. By using the site or buying from it you agree to these terms.
2. What we sell
The site dossier is a digital report (PDF and a data file) about one FDA-registered drug establishment, compiled from public records held in our point-in-time corpus as of the day of purchase. Price: US$249 per dossier. The consultant plan (US$799 a month) is five dossiers a month and watchlist alerts, billed monthly until cancelled.
3. What the dossier is not
The dossier is research. It is not legal, regulatory, audit, investment or financial advice, and not a statement by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any regulator. Its grade ranks risk across sites under a published method; it does not predict the outcome of any one inspection. You remain responsible for your own supplier, audit and business decisions.
4. Sources and accuracy
The dossier is compiled from public sources (FDA registrations, inspections, compliance actions, import alerts, warning letters, import refusals and released Form 483s) and names each one. Public records can be incomplete, late or wrong, and matching records to a site can err; each dossier states its known limits. We do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. If you find a factual error, write to hello@counterfoil.in and we will check it and, where we are wrong, send a corrected dossier.
5. Payment
Prices are in US dollars and are charged as shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details. Your bank may add foreign-exchange or card charges, which are yours to bear. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed.
6. Delivery
Dossiers are delivered electronically, by email and a download link valid for 30 days. See Shipping and Delivery.
7. Refunds and cancellation
Because a dossier is delivered at once as a digital file, sales are final once it is delivered, except for non-delivery and duplicate charges. The plan can be cancelled at any time. See Cancellation and Refund.
8. Your licence
A dossier is licensed for the internal use of the buyer and the buyer's organisation, including sharing with a client for whom it was bought. You may not resell, republish or redistribute it, or use it to build a competing database. All rights in the site, the dossiers, the method and the underlying compilation remain with Shower Power Labs LLP.
9. Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site at a rate that burdens it, attempt to access what is not published, or misuse the checkout or contact forms.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a dossier is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or business decisions made on the dossier.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force when you buy applies to that purchase.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the use of this site.
