Shipping and Delivery.Nothing physical is shipped.

Delivery

Counterfoil sells digital goods only. No physical product is shipped and no shipping charge applies. After payment is confirmed, the dossier is built from the record as of that day and delivered to the email address given at checkout, with a download link that stays valid for 30 days. Delivery usually takes minutes and at most 2 business days. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder, then write to hello@counterfoil.in.

Exchange

A dossier is specific to the site it was bought for, so it cannot be exchanged for another site's. If you bought the wrong site by mistake, write to hello@counterfoil.in before you open the download and we will consider an exchange. For errors in a dossier, see Cancellation and Refund.
