Cancellation and Refund.Digital goods, delivered at once.

Dossiers

A dossier is a digital file built and delivered at the time of purchase, so a delivered dossier cannot be cancelled or returned and is not refundable, except in these cases:

• Non-delivery: you paid and did not receive the dossier (by email or its download link) within 2 business days. You get a full refund, or the dossier, whichever you choose.
• Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same order. The extra charge is refunded in full.

If you find a factual error in a dossier, we will check it and send a corrected dossier at no charge; this is a correction, not a refund.

Consultant plan

You may cancel the plan at any time by writing to hello@counterfoil.in. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current month runs to its end and is not refunded pro rata. Unused dossiers do not carry over after cancellation.

How to ask

Write to hello@counterfoil.in within 7 days of the charge with the order email and the Razorpay payment reference from your receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days; your bank may take longer to show it.
